Privacy

Data we process
Account data, user-created ledger content, permissions and audit records, payment order status, and first-party product events such as plan limits, registration, migration, invitations, and upgrades. Card data is handled by NewebPay or backup ECPay payment pages. Sainso Split does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Purposes
We use data for sign-in and security verification, cloud sync, collaboration, payment and entitlements, support, abuse prevention, debugging, and product funnel improvement. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
Depending on enabled features, we use Vercel, Neon, Mailgun, Google, LINE, NewebPay, and backup ECPay. Providers receive only data needed to perform their service and remain subject to their policies and contracts.
Retention and control
Ledgers are retained until account deletion or required legal deletion. Security, audit, and transaction records are retained for dispute handling and statutory periods. You can export JSON anytime and request access, correction, or deletion, except records that law requires us to keep.
