Free trial
The 14-day Pro trial requires no card and does not charge automatically when it ends.
Recurring subscription
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew according to the period shown on the payment page. Cancel future renewals from plan management. Cancellation does not reverse the completed current-period payment, and Pro continues through period end.
Refund requests
For duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or unavailable service, contact support with the payment date and order details. Other refunds are reviewed case by case based on request timing, actual use, and applicable law. This online digital service begins immediately after payment. Any exception to distance-transaction withdrawal rights depends on pre-payment disclosure, user consent, and applicable law. This policy does not exclude statutory rights.
How refunds are processed
Support: profit-split@sainso-tech.com. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Posting time depends on the financial institution.
